- Sewing the reference sample: We only start bulk production after you have tried on the first sample and approved it.
- Grading: The pattern is graded across the size range and heights you need.

From cutting to final packaging
Even a brilliant pattern can be ruined by crooked stitching. Our production uses a step-by-step assembly system, so order turnaround speed and seam quality stay consistently high. But to become a real brand, a product needs an identity.
Our core capabilities include branding, embroidery and packaging services. We match thread colours, produce high-quality DTF printing or machine embroidery, sew in jacquard care labels to GOST standards and pack every item in a premium matte zip bag. Documents and logistics for the finished batch
Once the batch is ready, the question of legalisation arises. We offer an exclusive service: issuing recognised certificates for your clothing and other goods with accredited laboratory test reports for your market. We will also produce and attach all composition, care and barcode labelling ourselves.
The final stage is delivery. We arrange export with the full document set (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin). Road freight starts from $6/kg and air freight from $10/kg.
