- Contract and Incoterms: We sign a supply contract that fixes price, volume, deadlines and quality standards, and agree the Incoterms — typically FCA Bishkek, or DAP to your warehouse if you prefer us to handle freight.
- Payment terms: Standard terms are a deposit against materials with the balance before dispatch, paid by international bank transfer in USD or EUR against our invoice.
